Michaels Thunder Centre

I needed new glass on one painting and a new frame on another. The mgr. called framing to let her know I was coming. After 20 mins. she came out but did not acknowledge me. She walked by me and proceeded to the back area where she worked on another project. I called her name but got no response, I rang the bell but no response. I spoke to the mgr again, she called the framer, I returned to that area and again was ignored. After another 20 mins I left very frustrated and found an alternate.
