i needed a chair that fit me and the store being opened had the very chair I was looking at online. A friend took me and the chair fits me. A shorter person and comfortable, nice style and the pattern & colours were right. Looking forward to getting it.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a full King size bed set and a new mattress from a employee named Vicky. She was extremely friendly and gave us the information that we needed. What I really liked was that she did not crowd us too much either. She asked what we were looking for, showed us where everything was, and let us browse. Kept an eye on us in case we looked lost, and made sure to quickly return to help us choose a great mattress to fit our comfort. Thank you again Vicky for helping us!

Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.
