Absolutely terrible service, very rude saleswoman, and owner.

I brought a very sentimental ring in to get fixed. It was missing a side stone and the base of the ring that goes around your finger was a bit bent. That was all. When I got it back from them everything was fixed but the ruby had a rather large and noticeable chip in it. When I nicely brought it up to the staff working they were very condescending with me and kept saying they didnt do it, even though the file from when the ring was brought in did not mention any chips in the ruby.

Karat Jewellers is always kind and helpful. They have helped us design our engagement ring, wedding bands, and pendant, and they turned out spectacularly! They even provide complementary cleaning so my jewellery is always sparkling. I would recommend to anyone to go see Karat Jewellers for all your jewellery needs. I have been very happy with Karat Jewellers. Years ago, another jewelry store took 45 minutes to change a battery in my Bulova and subsequently broke it. I searched for a long time trying to find a decent store with knowledgeable staff who I could trust with such an expensive time piece. For the last ten years, I’ve been going to Karat and they’ve taken excellent care of our jewelry needs-from watch batteries to watch repair to restringing pearls and resizing rings. They are excellent!

Went to size a rather expensive watch, during which they broke the pin. Wanted to charge extra $10 on top of the $25 fee. When I asked politely to be reimbursed the $10 charge I was yelled at and humiliated by both the son and father. Astonishingly, these people are still in business even when treating their customers in an embarrassing manner. I will never go back and will NEVER recommend this jeweller to anyone. Shameless! Actually had to go to another jeweller to have the job done properly.

The worst place ever to buy jewellery. poor customer service. never anyone out front. very very rude to customers. i have been in there a few times. last time i was ignored. i believe his son works there and he stands there and doesnt say anything. doesnt even acknowledge you. makes u very uncomfortable . i will never step in that store again.

Rude, uncompromising customer service. No returns, limited selection. Avoid or be disappointed. Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service

I went to get my engagement ring resized, it ended up being to big so I went back today. The manager wouldn't even look at my ring, he just said that he doesn't make mistakes and if I did want it fixed I had to pay more money. When I asked to talk to someone else he said he was the owner, then he asked if I spoke English and swore at me. Not impressed, horrible customer service. He was still hollaring at me from across the store as I was leaving.
