Very poor business person. After our buck and doe when we were already dissatisfied with the lack of communication and ready to cancel service. We were never able to get ahold of Rob. When we finally did get ahold of him we scheduled a meeting keeping in mind the numerous different excuses for poor contact and buck and doe issues.
