Van Mills Medical Centre

My registered with dr sayed as our family doctor in 2015. He was a pleasant, helpful and professional doctor not until today when one of the rude receptionist told me he is not my family doctor anymore. I was not given any explanation and not given chance to speak. Terrible clinic full of staffs with no human feelings.

Professional helpful

Extremely professional and very friendly. Some people are probably just complaining because they arrive at the location when it is busy. If it's busy and you don't have an appointment, don't expect 5-star treatment. This applies to ANY clinic out there.

Very unprofession...

Very unprofessional and rude receptionists, they do not know how to talk to people. This is the first WALK-IN clinic that I know of that stop walk in patients from seeing the doctor. I find it very appalling that they would ask you the reason for your visit in front of a room full of strangers waiting to see the doctor. Other walk ins that I went to in the past would ask you that when they call you into the room because I thought these things are suppose to be private...between doctor and patient. Didn't know when it changed to doctor, patient and entire waiting room. These people are VERY unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time going there. Better you make an appointment if you want a chance at seeing the doctor on a walk in and don't go between 1-2 because that's the break hours and walk ins cut off at I think 3? The male doctor there is great though.

I have to agree with the other reviewer,the young asian Phillipino lady , and i aswell hate to bring ethnicity into this just not knowing her name is unpleasant ...totally gives attitude. .but I have to say other than her the doctors are very good .

Terrible secretar...

Terrible secretary at the front desk, she looks like a Filipino, wish I knew her name so I wouldn't have to bring race into this. I just want people to know who she is. Rude and unpleasant, never will I go to this clinic again. Avoid this place at all costs. They refused to treat me even though their was an hour left before closing time. They told me they were full.
