I had high hopes ...

I had high hopes for Ivy Tax, but unfortunately, they also give a bad name to the tax man! They overcharged me, called me to tell me that they'd send back my cheque and ended up cashing it anyway! Don't use their service. Ram is a pleasant enough man but the work he does is average for what he charged - it would have been cheaper to go to H & R Block and get same day service rather than wait a week and get charged way more than what they would charge for on the spot service.
