I've had severe lower back pains resulting from physical activity (sports & gym) for a long time and dismissed them for almost a year. In my initial visit, William's diagnosis was to fit me with custom orthotic inserts. Within 2 weeks of wearing them, I noticed a HUGE difference as the back pains started to subside and today, I don't have any lower back pains when I run in the gym or play sports. Its hard finding professionals you can go to who really know what they are doing, but after getting my custom orthotics my foot pain disapeared. I know I can go to In-step with anything and have answers to whatever comes up.

I was having a persistent problem in my left foot and no where else I went was able to do anything to about it. The treatment I got at InStep solved the problem when I was worried nothing would. I've talked to other people since with the same condition and none of them have recovered as quickly, or received the same level of care I did. Also, the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was great! I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend them to everyone.
