Never showed up
It has been over a year and a half, but this person came, looked at the job, gave a reasonable quote and left. I called to tell him he had the job. He could have started on the inside and left the outside portion until weather improved. He just never showed up. He sounded like he knew his craft, was reasonably priced, but I cannot comment on work never done.
