This company is pure garbage. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Swiss Chalet is a blight on the Canadian Landscape. Disgusting is the most apt description for all Swiss Chalet locations.
I love Swiss Chalet. But the Swiss Chalet on Carling Avenue in Ottawa is the worst restaurant. Since its opening, they have not gotten my order correctly once. I've dined in and had delivery - every time, something is wrong. The current manager really doesn't want to bother with customer complaints.
