Cutting Edge Fireplaces - Zero Customer Service
I found Modflame through one of those daily discount sights. I researched a model, called the company and made a purchase. Two exasperating problems; actual customer service and getting the product in a reasonable time frame! At least a dozen calls, messages left, as many excuses given and almost three weeks later we finally received our purchase, without an invoice or proper fueling instructions. The customer service was unprofessional and borderline incompetent. The experience didn't precisely instill confidence. Despite the 'needless' ordeal we’re pleased with our new fireplace. If you decide to make a purchase be prepared for a bumpy ride!
