Went here for fir...

Went here for first time last night and I so regret that decision. I took a pic of haircut I wanted, because I thought after the cutter/stylist saw the exact haircut, there'd be no confusion. Was I wrong to make that assumption. I ended up with a different hairstyle. I had mid-back length hair and I wanted a shoulder length bob with a few long layers that I can still tuck hair behind ear. The pic clearly showed the model with hair tucked behind ear. What I got was a longer, fully layered cut with BANGS!!!!! I've never wanted bangs and I didn't want them this time. These people are clueless. I should have turned around an left as soon as I saw the person who'd be cutting my hair. Her hair was a bird's nest and had an awful blonde colour at the front. Please be careful and think twice about going here. I now have to grow my hair out for 12 months at the very least, before I can get the haircut I really wanted. They will never see me again! If you STILL choose to go here, you either need to speak their native language (I speak English only) so you can give precise instructions OR not want a different cut from the one you already have. I've done my part, you have now been warned. I'd give them no star if I could have but then I'd not have been able to post this.

I had the most am...

I had the most amazing haircut and spectacular blow dry, with a hydrating treatment. The price being unbeatable, the quality of work is more than superior. Their flexible scheduling is a huge bonus because they are open till 8pm - pretty sweet if you ask me! I'm definitely coming back! I have even taken advantages of greats deals on their facials, nail manicure and other great services!! Truly a gem, great staff, great services!
