The town hall is on Webster Street in Virginiatown,n there is no school in town. Virginiatown.Town employees don't even know the address of where they work!Staff ignore ratepayers concerns and complaints, and are beyond incompetent and lacking proper skills,education and experience.The town is a hotbed of nepotism
