Great company and great staff. Ive been working at Magna for 8 years and have been dealing with Mike for 7 years, always been great! highly recommend.

Charged me more than my original phone bill in roaming and international texts and calls even though I haven't left the country or even my region or have any international communications

They mess up an entire account and blame their customers apparently

Horrible customer service, avoid like the plague

This place is awful. They sold me a phone that had problems from day 2 and refused to help me saying I needed to go to apple to resolve my issue because I had talked on the phone for 15 minutes. Mike from WCP at all state parkway not only would not take the phone back but he also refused to provide written notice of his refusal leaving me with no options. I would stay away from this place, its sad that Magna employees have to deal with this place. Awful customer service and very disrespectful.
