Welcome Home Rentals

I have rented from this company for 4 years. They were helpful and always answered my concerns.

I didn’t even rent with them - booked a showing and they didn’t show up at the agreed upon time. When I contacted them, I was told that the unit had been rented and they thought they had contacted all of the people still to look at it. Very poor organization, communication and customer service.

Welcome home rentals took 4 and a half days to process an application for their unit, Leaving me only 20 remaining days to find a house for my daughters and I .The units Ive seen are a far cry from the pictures online ... Lots of garbage and run down interiors I had to contact them to get an answer after waiting nervously for 4 days .They didnt call any one person or contact on the form for I or my second applicants form . Did they forget about it or are they just that ignorant ?

The lack of airflow make this unit inhabitable for anyone with asthma. It’s a breeding ground for mold. The management refuses to do anything to rectify the issue. Rent at your own risk.
