About 27 years ago I had a shifter cable sticking on my Accord. Dennis looked at it and said that he could repair it for about $250. However he said there was a recall on this and I should take it to Honda for repair. I’ve been going to them ever since. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I love these people, they have saved me from injury by catching blinkers that were not put in properly installed when I first bought my used car,they are attentive. They let me know when something is going so I can plan for how to repair it. They realize I am not flush with money. They help keep my car in good repair, I don't feel gouged or overcharged. I actually trust my mechanic which is rare.

Incompetent and or Dishonest Mechanics

They didn't fix the problem I brought the car in for but even worse, I got the car back with a new worse problem. When I asked them to correct it they denied they did anything wrong. I took it to another mechanic and learned that the part they changed was the cause of the new problem. Incompetent mechanics and don't admit when they're wrong or they were trying to create more work by creating a problem. Don't trust these guys.
