The owner of this place doesn't realize that he's losing thousands of dollars in revenue because even if the hairdressers do a good job most people wouldn't mind going elsewhere not to put up with the front desk girl's attitude. Hire someone who' at least makes An effort to be friendly to customers.

Just talked to the receptionist over the phone and she had a poor attitude and sounded like she had a bunch of cotton in her mouth, hard to understand and not very helpful.
