Bucko Flooring

Please look for flooring elsewhere, atleast laminate flooring. My laminate floor started cracking and falling apart in less than 16months from when it was installed. My experience contacting them was terrible, For months there never was a follow up. Bad customer experience. The floor was NOT installed on slopey basement floor but on a flat mainfloor substrate, yet they still fell apart. Yes, they are that bad.

Excellent store with an amazing selection of vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tiles along with backsplash to choose from. Prices are the lowest around and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend

We just bought and got out floors installed. The price was good on the floors and people were very nice. The installation was to take 2-3 days-ended up taking 7 but left house in construction for total 13 days. We took the time off work for them not to show. They did not complete job until we called them to come back + do a lot of fixes. A box fall and scratched our car. scratched newly paint walls. blood left on floor from worker. No money reduced on near 8,000.00 job-would not reccomend.

Asked for a call to discuss a disastrous Reno and all I received was screaming and abuse. DontDont recommend doing business with this company
