Cole's Florist & Garden Centre

We bought 10 six foot cedars from Coles in May 2021 for $185 each plus tax. So far one has died. Returned to Coles for a 50% refund (as per their policy) on Sept 20. $92.50 No six footers left. Purchased a 4 footer. Reg price $109 with another 40% off. They would not give us the 40% off the 4 ft tree and gave us only 50% off this much less expensive tree. What a rip off. Will never purchase from Coles again. Ps. Most stores will replace (no extra charge) dead trees within the first year.

I used to go to this location often. After 3 experiences with poor customer service I will go to another florist that treats their customers well.
