I hired Ivan, the owner of Log Depot Inc., for a couple of projects in 2013 after he provided his estimate and promised to solve our problems. The work started on the weekend and took about 3-4 weeks workers were coming and leaving for days to carry out other Ivan's projects elsewhere. He cancelled visits on a short notice or last minute. My requests for a written estimate earned no result. Ivan failed to solve the main problem and tried to charge me 4X the estimate once, avoided warranty given.
