Dr Frank M Stepec Trillium Optometric Centre

I've paid for his services many times over many year, but the one time I requested to be provided the technical information collected on my eyes(which is all on file), he refused. The staff refused, treated me like a beggar or something of the sort and made me wait over a hour just to talk to him for 5mins and then they tried to charge me for an appointment. How is the information collected not available to the client? Absolute disrespect after almost a decade paying this man.
