I had a great experience. I needed custom ear plugs made as I have had major surgery on both ear drums. They allowed me to pick the colours, made me feel comfortable during the process, and followed up shortly after. I would highly recommend this clinic :)

These guys are really great. I've had a great experience with them. The hearing instrumental specialist Nabia Zamanis is very friendly, knowledeable and professional.
Another good thing abouth them is that they accept insurance which can help save you a lot of money. Their prices are fair, especially given the great customer service. I highly recommend Akron Hearing. Great experienced.

Very clean, and friendly clinic. As I, was not available for a Hearing test in their normal working hours, Nabia, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, went out of her way, to fit me in. She came an hour early, so that I could make it. She was so courteous and kind. She explained to me before the actual test, what she was going to do and after the test she explained to me, the outcome of those tests. She was so professional about it. I commend Akron, to have such a person in their group.

Great Service!
Great service! They took the time for my hearing test, cleaned my ears and explained the different hearing aids option I have based on my budget. Overall; great service, accurate explanation and good availability. I would recommend this place to everyone.

1st question aske...
1st question asked was what insurance did I have! how about a hearing test 1st! Interest more in the sale than my hearing. Receptionist was more interested in her looks than helping me!
Thank you your post I assure you the staff will be retrained on our vision. Our mission is to take care of all hearing health care needs first. A patient registration form most be filled in before any type of treatment. The vary last question on the form is insurance information which informs us on whom to bill and help the patient identify if they have coverage the treatment(s).
