Mcmaster university has hired ironstone on many occasions in the past. They have been prompt at getting to the repairs but the quality of work is troubling. We have found that the installers simply do not care. We pay them to replace a door closer, they replace the motor, and leave the damaged closer arms, damaged cases ect. As of late we have noticed the guys cant even be bothered to put the covers on properly....even on new installs. I will attach pictures if I can figure out how
