I bought a gift card for my sister in September 2021. I have since contacted them on numerous occasions (via phone, email and through the website's contact form) to book a cleaning and have not received a response. I am now trying to proceed with a chargeback, since I have not been able to redeem services in exchange for the gift card. I can't attest to the quality of the cleaning but I certainly wouldn't recommend Molly Maid, due to the lack of responsiveness.
