Sell a brand of very junky hot tubs. Service is difficult to get. Very nice service person though. But took months to get a replacement when the tub had cracks. The new tub had constant mechanical issues within 6 months of delivery, took 8 months for those to be repaired. Pumps not replaced properly and burnt out 3 months later. Wish I never bought anything from this location. Do not buy Lumio/Innova spa Streams!
Terrible service if you don't live close by. The lumio Innova spas they sell are pure junk. Calling for service takes months and risks further hot tub damage due to freezing etc... Nice people, very nice service person. Our first lumio Innova stream had a crack that leaked fast within 12 months of purchase. We had the tub replaced with a brand new one. The brand new one had non stop mechanical issues. Service took 8 months to fix, and the new pump is blown 4 months later!
