Never pay per hou...
Never pay per hour. Came with references. DO NOT HIRE! Garbage not removed, mess not cleared. He added items to the to do list and skipped items already on..... He did take time to hang a picture and charge me for it. Eventhough such tasks were not silicited. Ended up creating much more work and needed to hire new trades to complete. Buyer beware!!!
