    absolutely appalling! took a truck-load of stuff to donate arriving just after 5pm and was told no donations accepted after 5. when i pointed out that this information is not indicated anywhere on the webpage the response was basically tough come back. if it wasnt for the fact the most of the donation was brand new and still in original boxes I would just take it to the dump and avoid dealing with these people.
