Terrible customer experience, I was called constantly when it came to buying and seeing my vehicle but as soon as I had questions, concerns or parts it was on me to call numerous times just to hear back from my salesman. I had mentioned to bill on numerous occasions that I would like to be notified upon information he had learned and he couldn’t answer texts or calls without having my father call him or go in, he just would not Take anything I said serious and I highly suggest going elsewhere.

The staff in parts were amazing. Although I was frustrated after having my brand new 2017 Ford in for the fourth time they made sure my needs were met without any problems. The ladies made sure my frustrations were turned into prompt efficient and above protocol service and the manager made sure to give me a free oil change for my troubles. Thank you Kim
