Horrible

Horrible service. I had to go back 3 times to fix my computer and each time I went something else was not working. Mind you that my computer has never been in service prior going to Tech one. At the end I am left with a computer that was not put together properly and has 3 speakers out of 5 working (all 5 were working before a technician from Tech one opened up my computer). If you need your computer fixed, DO NOT use tech one!

Excellent Services

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at theBrampton location. I brought my IPhone 4 in to get a broken screen fixed. They had it fixed within an hour and it looks just like a brand new phone. It's amazing! Thank you so much!! I will tell everyone about the great customer service at this place!
