My experience with this company could not be worse. I contacted them and Bryce called me back to arrange a date to come by and provide a quote. That was done in a timely manner. He looked at the job and said he would get back to me in about 9 days. That was a couple of months ago. I followed up within the last week by email to find out what happened. Still silent. I will not be dealing with them and am happy to be able to share my experience with all my friends, family and neighbours.

Design landscape & driveway. Price expensive. Won't use co again nor recommend to others due to poor customer service. Landscape planting done in late Fall (delay on their end), plants dead in Spring not replaced by co. Should have rejected their plants at the time as they were small & poor looking, but were promised by owner if dead by Spring, will replace at no cost. Some plants are dead in Spring, won't replace unless we pay a fee!

From start to finish The Landscape Company was awesome to deal with you. All the workers were polite and friendly. The Foreman (Eric) was very knowledgeable, throughout the process he was always available to answer any questions we had during the construction. my initial meeting with Bryce(Designer) was refreshing after meeting with 5 other landscape companies. Bryce was honest and upfront about every detail and he knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend TLC

Terrible service....

Terrible service. Arranged a quote, and confirmed an appointment at 9am for a confirmed date. Did not arrive at the appointment, and did not return the call to his company until 11:30am that morning after I called at 9:30am about him not showing up. When he called, I said that he was not here, because I was waiting at the door all morning, he never came to the door. Bryce called me a liar on the phone, saying he showed up, then hung up on me. Terrible service, and completely disrespectful.

Fantastic work!

We hired The Landscape Company for our front and backyard landscape. The design exceeded our expectations, and the installation was executed perfectly. We now know that our house has gained more resale value than the cost of the landscaping itself. Our property is now the nicest looking on the street, and we use our backyard every moment that we can!

Landscape Design and Construction

We had The Landscape Company design and install our new landscape at our home. The property was overgrown and in disarray. Bryce met with us and we walked around the property discussing what our options were. When he returned with a scale plan about a week later, we were blown away!! The Landscape Company crew then performed the installation perfectly, properly, and in a polite and professional manner. The entire project was quite large, and we had no idea that so much went into doing a job properly, to ensure it will last. Thanks again guys, we have recommended you to everyone we know!!

Lawn Care and Snow Plowing Service

The Landscape Company in Aurora, under the leadership of Roberto and Sebastian, have been looking after my lawn and snow removal for many years. They always exceed expectations and go out of their way to comply with special requests. Their employees are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!
