Don't bother
They say they honor the warranty, but they didn't for us, at least not fully. Had 4 bad windows (3 sliders and 1 inset). They replaced the 3 sliders (cost us $100 per window). They wouldn't replace the front window because they said it would be too much work. They said they would give us a replacement and it was up to us to get someone to install it. They dropped off the window, we called a carpenter and he was going to install it, problem was they gave us the wrong size pane. After many calls they came to pick up the pane and re-measure. Its been 2 years and no one has come by, and they wont return our calls.
