A-1 Towing & Recovery Ltd

Car was towed at 10:57am Monday and by 8:45am Tuesday I was at their location to pick my car only to be charged for 2 days of storage worth almost $300. I was told it’s just their policy of using calendar days and if I came within the day it would have been $50. Called them the night before and was not made aware of this policy on top awful customer service over the phone. I’ve reached out to 311 to open and incident with their traffic department to really look into who they dispatch.

Really happy with the A1 Towing. My son's car got towed by a really awful resident of Jubilee lane in Sackville because he was like an inch past their driveway because he was working for his company an needed to park there to attend work. Then he could not pickup his car next day because he had to go to work to keep his job. So he had to pickup his car today an we have a bad snow storm so the CA driver dropped him halfway there in a snow storm so he called A1 an told them they really helped.

CAA, called A1 towing to tow my car out of a ditch, there was no damage before they towed it out, when they hooked up to pull it out they damaged two wheels and tires , two struts and pulled the front facia off the front om my car at a cost of over $2,000. they are denying any fault and refusing to pay any damages, please take pictures of before and after towing so this doesnt happen to you

Not 24/7 for assistance. Called at 5 a.m. with a dead battery and was told they couldn't help at that hour. Gave me another number to call, and they couldn't help either. If you need a towing service or roadside help, call someone else.

Told operator was paying with cash and they showed up with no change at all. Ended up taking almost 10 extra dollars or they would not have towed my vehicle. Thanks a lot.

My car got snuck in a ditch today in a snow storm, they arrived within minutes and charged me half the price of a couple other companies I called in the area. A+ service from A1 Towing!

I had my car towed last night and the A1 guy was awesome! it was quite a job to get it out (it was sitting on a boulder) and he was very calm and professional. he took his time and thought out the proceedure needed to not cause any further damage to my car. great job A1! you lived up to your name
