Bath Fitter

Nice walk-in shower conversion from a very old tub/shower with window.What a difference..it's not cheap but guaranteed for life and hassle/worry free.We had one problem...a drain pipe came loose during the install and leaked into the kitchen sink below during first use...fortunately there was already a hole in the ceiling below from a previous leak so it was discovered and repaired within an hour or two of me calling bathfitters...wasn't his fault,quickly repaired,awesome job on the shower too

The person who did the quote and the office admin we spoke to was lovely but the installer was a nightmare. Water was left all over the floor in the bathroom (not the one he was working in) and he did not say anything until questioned about it, was EXTREMELY rude/argumentative/combative when asked several questions about payment by my elderly grandmother (she did not understand the process of taking her credit card info and he made no attempt to explain to her in a different way when she did not

Bath Fitter completed the new tub surround in less than a day. It simply looks amazing and it's comforting to know that water will never get behind the surround again, like the previous one did! Thanks
