Your Cab

The worst customer service experience ever... called to try to get a cab, got hung up on twice. Thinking it was maybe a issues with cell service or something I tried once again... the one who answered instantly screamed "I'm busy why do you think I hung up on your last 2 calls" then just like that hangs up on me for the last time... I will never use their service again.

Terrible service. Complete joke. First call.. pick up for 35 dollars..called back ten minutes later said it went up to 55 dollars..called back ten minutes later again said they are no longer coming. This is not the first time I had a terrible experience with the taxi service. Your a taxi service, get on the roads and do your job, if not go out of business because your a waste of time. Lucky they got 1 star!!!
