What was delivered was not what I paid for. Two of the concrete crocks were delivered used, broken,& covered in black thick oil soaked into the concrete and they expected me to use these to hold my beautiful spring drinking water. The other crock was new with a new lid, however, they would not replace the broken used ones with new ones that we paid for months earlier. This company obviously does not care about their customers and should be ashamed of themselves for treating pensioners this way.
