Have been taking classes with Cara for two years and love it. She's very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and makes classes interesting. My husband has enrolled in her beginners' class this year and is really enjoying it. The new studio is beautiful and the equipment great.
Cara is an especially talented Pilates instructor. Her classes are challenging yet fun. It is hard to believe that you can get such an amazing workout while laying on a mat!

Cara provides a professional, challanging, and entertaining atmosphere when she teaches. You can see her passion for pilates and what it can do for your overall health. Every move is body and ability specific as she motivates you do do better and go farther while keeping any mobility limitations in mind. I attended group classes as well as private sessions with the tower while expecting my first child. It kept me moving and limber before and after delivery. Cara's classes are never dull, as she has such a great personality and wealth of knowledge to keep you laughing and working hard everytime!
Cara Berube is an informed, talented and highly entertaining instructor. Her classes are great for all fitness levels and sports - I can't believe how fast my flexibility improved! I'm signing up for more classes ... and you should too!
Cara Berube, the instructor, is incredibly knowledgeable and a really gifted teacher. I would recommend trying any of her classes to anyone at any level of fitness, you are in great hands. She truly understands the human body and its capabilties and will make sure you get everything possible out of each lesson or class. Also, they offer classes that are not available anywhere else east of Toronto ! This is Pilates in its true form.

Precision Pilates is a wonderful way to live your life. I feel healthy, fit and ready to take on anything. Cara is a wonderful instructor and a great role model. The location of the business is unique with old world atmosphere and lots of parking. The building has great amenities in regards to washrooms and a cafe and ever changing artwork. Overall a fantastic experience every time I go to class!!!!
