I always got great service till this last time. My poodles face got such bad razor burn I had to get him checked at the vet!! He also had knicks on the side of his face!! He didn't even have hair left. When I went in to show pictures the owner just said they always do this cut. I don't think I would of come back if they did! When asked if she could compensate me in any way she said no! It's really too bad that this is the outcome. Not the way I treat customers at our business. Very disappointing

Great place

They did a fantastic job with my terrier - they do stripping there, which is very hard to find - and handled my dog really well. Both of us are very happy with this place!
