Had an absolutely awful experience at this location. The employee named Renata ( not sure if spelled correctly) was completely unwilling to help and extremely condescending. All we needed was info on our package. We were told by UPS Canada to go to this location. She would not take any information from us and would continue to tell us that the ups store had nothing to do with UPS Canada. She informed us that because we are rural our address was a struggle. I felt talked down to. Horrible service

The ups store on Ellice ave Winnipeg shipped a gift for us from Manitoba to Alberta. They put the wrong address on the shipping label and the gift came back. We phoned several numbers trying to work out the problem and heard they couldn’t refund our money because of Covid , the drivers didn’t carry phones and they don’t send any shipping information to the customer because they are too busy. We lost our $100
