Terrible customer service...All lies. Promo says they are guaranteed to be lowest price in the City until you tell them their competitor is better price....then they become rude!! Stay away!!!

AWFUL!they have a promotion online for 50% off service,but once i called and asked for price of an iphone 6 replacement,they told me it was 85$.i then told them that wasn't true because i saw their promotion online (50% off,) but even though they knew they got caught in a lie they continued to go with it.they said 85$ WAS their 50% off price,(which i already knew wasn't true. apple store charges 129$ to fix.)I asked to speak w/ someone else and he straight up told me "No."no loyalty to customers

If only I could rate this with 0 stars. Avoid this store as much as possible. I went in to get a screen replaced and paid $130. After 30 minutes, the man gave me my phone back with a cheap and fake screen from China worth $30. I asked for a refund and got one. He put back on the original screen and charged me an extra $60 for a service fee. There goes $60 dollars for such a bad experience. Stay away, everything there is overpriced. $25 for a fake Otterbox from China which they got for $1.

BAD... BAD .... BAD my phone went in to have the charger connector fixed. I got it back and now my speaker to talk into is broken! Can't talk on my phone now!
