Great to have an all out shop that does everything automotive but Good mechanics not great. body work is alright. Should’ve done a fullout scan of vehicle from accident to see what to send out and to call business and get parts done with instead of me not having my great automobile for more than a month. Also don’t sign the agreement for them to do whatever without calling you. Cause they did whatever with me and didn’t get to some things that needed to be done.

Thee worst autobody shop Ive ever dealt with. Shoddy repairs, multiple return trips to finish the work, swearing, physical shoving, insulting, lowest rated shop in WBank. Dont understand how theyve kept their ICBC approval. Run dont walk to another shop.

Excellent service from everyone at Fenders. Also, so nice to have Tiara and Kregg helping out during this process. Recommended.

I love the servic...

I love the service at Fender's in West Kelowna! Both times I've been there they offered to drop off and pick me up from work while they worked on my car. The second time I went because someone told me there was oil in my coolant and that i should get it checked out right away. I was expecting a huge bill and then got the good news that nothing was wrong, and I didn't have to drop loads of money! I'm happy that they didn't take advantage of me :)

Great Experience

This was my first time at Fenders - The staff was extremely friendly, accomidating and efficient. They did a great job on my vehicle!! Although I only needed a minor repair on my bumper when I got my car back it looked almost brand new -- they polished it and completely detailed the inside - what a treat!!! Thanks for the exceptional service :-) Keep up the great work!!!
