Really disappointed in Visions. Was a loyal customer both for eye exams and glasses. Booked an appointment by phone, confirming the cost of the exam. When I arrived for my exam, they attempted to charge me nearly double. $95 instead of the $50 that I had confirmed. I politly explained that I had confirmed the cost when I booked - nobody had called me to inform me of the change (and save me the hour drive each way). Shady!!! I will encourage friends and family to take their business elsewhere.

This place wasn't too bad at first, but my opinion has worsened. One year ago I bought glasses here, and they were very good and efficient. Then a few days ago they phoned me to say that they had made an appointment for me, and since I didn't show up they would be sending me a bill for $25. I never made an appointment and they never told me until after it was past. I am not going to pay the $25, and if they pursue it we will let a court decide!

I had my sunglasses fixed for free! My wife and I have given them our business many times, and every time we have received excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
