A day care on the 11th floor of a residential building is extremely unsafe. What happens during an earthquake? They plan on carrying all those kids downstairs amongst hundreds of panicked parents and their pets? Kind of makes any practiced emergency drills pointless since the tenants of the building won’t and shouldn’t be participating.... thought that’s probaly not a concern I see online this day care went an entire year without an emergency drill- which is required atleast once a month..
