After nearly two years of visiting them and not purchasing anything, I am STILL receiving text message and phone calls from their BOTS. Even after speaking with someone months ago, I am still getting these messages and CALLS. NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR NUMBER- Better yet, avoid!!!
Horrible pushy sales people, straight up will lie to your face to make a sale and do nothing to fix the issue afterwards. It’s funny how they advertise helping your credit while throwing you right into debt while trying to pile on negative equity with more trade ins. Absolutely take advantage of people! Don’t bother.
Very dissatisfied with this company and their sales department. I was contacted by phone by an employee who wanted to buy my vehicle and had seen my advertisement in usedvictoria (a local website for selling items). Unfortunately this was just a way to get me down to the business in order to "bait and switch". He got me there under false pretenses by stating he wanted to purchase my vehicle and would be able to pay me by cheque that day. When I got there it was entirely about making me trade in
Treated very well and got an awesome deal.
These guys worked hard to get my business. They offered me a better deal than whatever other vehicle I was looking at. Awesome experience made buying my first truck a breeze. The finance department really made it happen to get me the best approval. Huge thanks to Allison, Kai, Kim and Mahaila. One happy customer in the Nissan Frontier.
Can't even change brrak pads. Had my car 3 days in total and made $1100. Wouldn't offer refund and had to see another mechanic to fix what they did. DO NOT GO HERE
Took my car in today for a semi-annual Peace of Mind inspection which was very reasonably priced by the way. The experience was quick and very efficient. Upon inspecting it was found that a few repairs had to be done. Phil took the time to call us and ask us if we wanted it done right there on the spot. We decided to get some things done and others not. I felt no pressure from him to get what we did not want done right away done, which I really appreciated. Car was even washed upon picking up!
Service department always over charges you. They always treat you as if they can take you or leave you. As for transportation, they will only provide a shuttle service one way but will never be the one to tell you that first. I have had nothing but terrible service here.
WOW! I brought in a driveable vehicle and got back an undriveable vehicle with a $800 quote for a problem that did not exist before I brought the vehicle in. They will not accept responsibility for what happened to the vehicle while it was in their care.
This dealership is great. They worked very hard to get my business. My sales person was extremely helpful, patient and smart. Her priority was to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. I don't enjoy the lengthy process of buying a new car. I think it is overly complicated, intimidating and stressful but my sales person really helped to mitigate that by being herself....friendly and honest. Everyone that I have dealt with at the dealership has been super nice.
Went to get an oil change, and they have and are using now my phone numbers to constantly phone to sell me a car. Told them 7 times to leave me alone and quit calling. See if I need to tell them the 8th time. Beware of this dealership

We corrected this situation with the customer some time ago. We had an issue with our notification software and we have made certain that this customer is on our do not contact list.
I have to hand it to Harris Victoria Dodge and the rest of the Harris Auto Group. They treat their customers as they themselves would like to be treated. Always, advocating for the best possible customer experience. Would highly recommend them!
Very dishonest. I recommend staying clear of their service dept at all costs, or it will cost you dearly.
