Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented two cars- one at the start of the trip, & one at the end. The trip started in Victoria, and ended in Vancouver. Both cars were very satisfactory. Not so in dropping the car and picking up , mainly the latter. There’s a self- serve approach at Canada Place, which needs to be emphasized. When we dropped off ( to catch the cruise), we became frantic as there was no one to leave the car with. Picking up a car was worse. Could not find agency. When we did, lineup was slow cuz only 1 agent

Ranjith, thank you SO much for your kindness and your patience as I assisted guests from my hotel with a vehicle rental. I feel like I had so many questions and, being the middle man, had to call back a number of times with new or different information. Because of you, I am praised by the guests for my assistance, but really, it could not have been without your fantastic customer service. Many thanks again!

Terrible service, phoned and rented a vehicle. Told me it was confirmed etc. Got to the rental car office and they told me I couldn’t rent a car because they would accept my payment method, even though I was told on the phone everything was approved. Terrible service and the manager in the Victoria location was horrible to deal with, did nothing to help.
