H&R Block New Westminster District - During Tax Season

Dont go to H&R block on Burrard Street! The HR specialists are terrible! They booked me in for an appointment and told me I was not booked, changing the time on me twice! Not only that, the specialist said because she had another client she could not help me with everything, yet charge me full price!!! Moreover, she was VERY condescending and rude!! Did not smile, yet laughed at a question I asked. Therefore, I left and went to another H & R block in the city (workers were way more helpful!)
