Absolutely horrible experience! Worst customer service ever! Error on their part caused. A 10 week wait for a warranty fix when it took less than 2 weeks to actually fix! Never even got an apology. Manager was extremely rude. Never would I recommend this company ever!!

Although I had to wait extremely long as tech was in a meeting for hours which was so frustrating, he did eventually fix the issue that I had and the laptop I purchased is now working fine and downloading. Their items are better than you think and I have many friends that purchased refurbished items and work just fine. Happy New Year 2018

Got a projector from them. It was supposed to be new but when we got it home, it was clearly used. Only saving grace is that we got a super good price on it. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything real.

Worst service.. I...

Worst service.. I called in 3 times, each time being hung up on. Now after being annoyed I drove all the way down to KG Hwy from Burnaby to find out they didn't have what I needed. They couldn't have saved me a half hour drive by talking to me over the phone.. Also the third person on the phone apologized for the first two employees hanging up on me, then he sat me on hold for 15 minutes. I got to visions and it was slow, no one inside, all staff members standing around.. No excuse for the poor customer service. I am warning all of my automotive friends and my family never to shop here.

Walk into this place asked for a simple wiring harness for my stereo install. The first guy apparently does nothing but stand behind the car audio counter and breathe the air inside Visions, because he had nidea what i was asking for so he sent me to sombody else. That guy did know what a wiring harness was. And when I asked if they had any in stock he replied, "We probably do, but the guy that go's and gets them went home already. So if you come back tomorrow we can PROBABLY get that for you. What a joke.
