The Brick

This location doesnt even deserve a star! I do not usually write reviews but here I am! I was supposed to get our order early November, i never got a call, so I tried calling them a couple of times, i got a call back after a few days and was told that It was delayed! But guess what? It has been delayed for the 4th time!!! They keep saying “its for sure coming on this day” but they never bother calling to let you know. This brick location is the worst of them all! I WILL NEVER COME BACK

Very organized store and had an awesome experience with my purchase yesterday.. Amit is an experienced and knowledgeable sales person who is very detailed in his work and it helped us to take a good decision.. highly recommended..

Visited The Brick Store Newton a day ago and found it to be quite an organized one. I was assisted by Navkiran, who was very polite and courteous. She not only explained about various products, but was also very calm in spite of our multiple queries. Thank you Navkiran making our experience a great one. Excellent customer service. We bought a sectional from this store today. The Manager(Harvinder) was exceptional at his job. Unlike Managers at other stores who think they should not be visible/available for walk in customers, he was visibly present to greet customers and assist his staff. He did not hibernate behind the doors of his office but was available for his staff immediately. The sales lady that assisted us (Karanbir) maintained a balance between encouraging us to make a purchase without being overbearing.
