Didn’t get any stains out, but left two new ones. I got several stains out with my own remover while the guy was there, and when I showed him he just shrugged. Waste of money. Never use this company.

Just prior to moving we hired Citrus-O to clean our carpets and furniture, but we had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with them. We hired them to clean two of our carpets, a couch and a chair (DAY 1). The carpets turned out just fine, but there were several noticeable streaks left in the couch and chair.
