The phone goes to Administration, not the floor sales to talk to a department. I needed to leave a message, as the department (flooriYPng and tiles) was not picking up. I left a message with my phone number for a call back. A week has now gone by, and I have not had a return call. Not good business. I have since gone somewhere else to get my tiles I wanted. They lost out on a sale, and possibly more, as I won't be in a hurry to go there.
