horrible & amateur service...avoid!!

Walked into this place after lunch and was pleasantly surprised that there's chanel bag there that I liked. The sales person was very reluctant to serve me, when I asked to see the certification number of the bag (which would tell me when the bag was manufactured and its authenticity) she just wanted me to get lost. I couldn't even see the Chanel certification card to verify its authenticity. The sales was even reluctant to have me even touch the bag and instead was clutching the bag with BOTH her hands as if I was going to steal or take it away from her. I have to ask her and she reluctant "gave up" the bag and let me take the bag to the mirror with me! Unbelievable. No wonder they have no customers...
