Great service - friendly and honest!
My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!
